Lieferung aus Polen ziemlich schnell. Verpackung könnte etwas besser sein (evtl. ein Karton statt mit Tesa abgeklebten Tüte);ich hatte Glück und alles ist heile angekommen. Preis rund 40 € günstiger im Vergleich zu Deutschland. Das Zelt hat natürlich Nachteile und kann mit dem Original nicht mithalten, aber das erwartet ja niemand bei einem drei- bis vierfachen Preisunterschied; bei mir ist es nicht das erste und sicherlich nicht das letzte zelt von NH - fur den preis unschlagbar und halten auch ewig! Alles in allem sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf!

The tent is really nice and I like the design and quality. However, the process of sending was bit delayed due to inaccurate information about European stock quantity. Later on, it was shipped with UPS from China with a gift but took almost month but the tent is good.

Great service. received tent within 6 days of order. Tent is lightweight and the quality is second to none for a budget tent. would recommend to anyone. would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Haven’t had the chance to test it out in the wild yet. The tent itself weighs 1.6kg and looks as described. The package took 2 months but that’s acceptable given the pandemic.

Super tent very simple and very light. No Frills inside just a hook to hang a light .. Ordered in Spain but sent from China the store held word for fast sending... Nothing to say, it's great

How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
